Blue-Green Quartz & Glass Necklace

There’s something almost magical about walking through a forest when the morning mist is still hanging between the trees.

That’s the feeling I kept coming back to as I created this necklace.

The blue-green quartz moves through so many beautiful shades of green—from pale, misty sage to moss, fern and deeper forest tones. I loved the natural variation from one stone to the next, so rather than trying to make everything perfectly uniform, I let those changing shades become part of the design.

Soft green glass rounds are tucked between the quartz, almost disappearing into the palette rather than competing with it. Small gold spacers add just a hint of warmth and light—the way little glimpses of sunshine find their way through the trees on a hazy morning.

What I love most is how the necklace gradually deepens in color. The softer greens give way to those rich, woodland shades near the center, creating a natural flow that draws your eye around the entire piece.

The finished necklace feels peaceful, earthy and a little mysterious—like carrying a tiny piece of a misty forest with you.
