Aqua Dyed Fire Agate & Turquoise Glass Bead Statement Necklace

The blue in this necklace is what first caught my eye. It reminds me of a clear blue sky on a beautiful day. 

I'll admit, I wasn't completely convinced about the large rectangular focal when I first started putting this one together. It was a pretty bold piece, and I wasn't sure how it was going to work with the rest of the design.

But sometimes you just have to keep going and see what happens—and I ended up really liking it!

The aqua fire agate focal brings a strong pop of color to the necklace, while the soft turquoise and frosted glass beads keep everything feeling light and airy. The little touches of shimmering teal add just enough sparkle to catch the light.

The finished piece feels fresh, bright, and a little bit bold. And I'm glad I gave that big rectangle a chance.
