What materials are used in your pieces?
All of our jewelry is handcrafted using natural gemstones such as jasper, jade, agate, and other earth-sourced stones. We may also use glass beads, crystal glass, natural wood or metal accents. We strive to use high-quality findings and stringing materials to ensure durability and beauty.
Are your pieces truly one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Each piece is individually designed and handmade, meaning no two are exactly alike. Natural variations in gemstone color, pattern, and texture make every item uniquely yours.
What gemstones do you use?
We work primarily with natural gemstones such as jasper, jade, agate, and other nature-inspired stones. Each listing specifies the gemstone used in that piece.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the continental US only.
Jewelry Care
How do I care for my gemstone jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.
Are your pieces water-resistant?
We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water can affect the natural stones and findings over time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Each piece in our collection is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care to photograph and describe every piece accurately, including materials, gemstones, and measurements, so you know what you're receiving. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to provide additional photos or details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but in the rare event your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery so we can make things right. We will require photos of the item and packaging.
Custom Orders
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do! If you see an item that you love but desire something a little different such as color, bead size, length, etc., please reach out to us via the "contact us" page. We will do our best to bring your vision to life. We require a non-refundable down-payment of 50% to begin your custom piece, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
