Packaging

Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we take extra care to package each item securely to ensure it arrives safely.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If you're still unable to locate it, contact us and we'll help however we can.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
