Each piece is handmade with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. If a piece requires additional preparation time, we'll reach out to let you know.

Packaging

Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we take extra care to package each item securely to ensure it arrives safely.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll do our best to make it right.
